Big Runner 8″ | Dragon Lures

The Big Runner 8″ lure by Dragon is a mid-size trolling lure that works great for catching Mahi, Tuna, Billfish, even stray Wahoo.  With vibrant colors and durable double skirts, these plugs are an affordable winner.  The flat face makes a nice splash as it re-enters the water off of your wake, creating the type of commotion that big predator fish can’t resist.  You’ll find that this lure works the best at speeds from 5 to 8 knots.  Because of the compact size and lighter weight, the Big Runner is easy to fish, particularly from center console boats.  30 or 50 class gear is plenty for pulling the Big Runner to catch most Pelagic species.
