Mustad 3407DT hooks are formed in the classic O’ Shaughnessy style.  They use proprietary wire technology and nor-tempering process to make lighter and up to 20% stronger hooks.  We carry these Mustad hooks in sizes 6/0, 7/0, 8/0, and 9/0.  They’re a thin wire hook that offers anglers superior penetration.  This particular hook is Duratin which offers anglers a less-expensive hook that is also easier to sharpen than stainless steel.  3407DT hooks are one of the old stand-by’s for offshore anglers in search of an affordable hook that works well for trolling rigs.
